As a leader of our Residential Studio, Adam crafts custom structural designs with technical prowess. His portfolio of single-family homes ranges from historic remodels to extensive new-builds with multiple structures. Whether incorporating a large-scale truss or cantilevered CLT roof, Adam thrives when delivering innovative solutions tailored to a building’s architecture.
Adam is energized by opportunities to mentor younger engineers and foster comradery among his project teams. He is a firm believer that great work stems from intentional relationship building. When team members can bring their whole selves to the table, out-of-the-box ideas flow into effective design solutions. Adam hones community at Holmes by organizing social events, coordinating the fantasy football league, and managing the company soccer team. You can also catch Adam supporting his Bay Area sports teams with family or enjoying a round of golf.
