Chad Lannon
PE
Since joining Holmes, Chad has worked in our San Francisco and New Zealand offices. He specializes in fire and life safety code consulting, smoke control design, and coordinating with fire and building authorities. While he primarily focuses on new corporate campuses and high-rise developments, Chad also enjoys realizing design solutions for existing and historic buildings, mixed-use projects, and tenant fit-outs. Within Holmes, Chad leads several internal initiatives including streamlined collaboration between our fire and structural engineering teams.
Prior to joining the team, Chad worked as a volunteer firefighter where he served as Sergeant and fire apparatus operator in College Park, Maryland. His background in firefighting gives him a unique and valuable perspective to the Holmes fire and life safety consulting team.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Chad likes to spend his free time with his new family and hiking with his dog.
