Principal
Greg Briggs
SE, LEED AP, Hon. AIA Seattle
When Greg started working for his father’s Oklahoma engineering firm during summer breaks, he did not anticipate leading design for museums and higher education facilities across the country. Greg works with distinguished architects and design teams on collaborations including the Philadelphia Museum of Art Renovation and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Expansion. Greg finds that no matter a project’s scale, structural first principles still apply; whether it is lifting his 100-year old house to build a new basement or temporarily supporting the historic Seattle Center Key Arena to build a new arena. He’s also passionate about preserving Seattle’s existing building stock before the next major earthquake.
Away from work, Greg appreciates time raising his son with his wife. He can be found coaching his son’s basketball team and emphasizing good defense.
