He oversees the development of the Holmes Los Angeles team and ensures that staff feel well-equipped and supported in their professional trajectories. Mass timber work has become a focal point in his career, earning our project teams industry recognition.
As a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Jose has a strong connection to his local community. For over a decade, he has coached Abraham Lincoln High School students—preparing them for the rigorous US Department of Energy Science Bowl Competition. Outside of the office or classroom, you can find him practicing jiu-jitsu and traipsing around various Latin American countries.
